Note: suspension of COVID-19 moratorium on in-person courses and sessions has been lifted as of Q2/2022.
Students interested in on-campus and in-office sessions are welcome to contact the Registrar or Admissions Office to discuss current possibilities based on travel restrictions (notably COVID-19) and faculty schedules. In person sessions are also available for doctoral defenses/presentations and for students enrolled in the personalized coaching programs.
EUCLID maintains the following physical locations for in-person course delivery:
- Campus ENAM location in Bangui, Central African Republic. This location is for French-language sessions only. EUCLID can facilitate visa procedures as well as logistics from the airport to a hotel or residence. Additional tuition fees apply and all requests for such sessions and programs must be approved at the level of the EUCLID Secretariat General. Additional travel and lodging expenses also apply.
- EUCLID Gambia headquarters in Brusubi (Great Banjul), The Gambia. This location is for both French-language and English-language sessions. EUCLID can facilitate visa procedures as well as logistics from the airport to a hotel or residence. Additional tuition fees apply and all requests for such sessions and programs must be approved at the level of the EUCLID Secretariat General. Additional travel and lodging expenses also apply.
- EUCLID Washington DC liaison office in Washington DC, United States. This location is for special courses and seminars organized for students/diplomats already based in Washington DC or New York. Only English-language sessions as of 2022. EUCLID does not facilitate visa procedures for travel to the United States. Additional tuition fees apply and all requests for such sessions and programs must be approved at the level of the EUCLID Secretariat General. Additional travel and lodging expenses may also apply.
- EUCLID IFC Office in California, United States. This location is for students who have enrolled in the special personalized programs with the IFC. In this case, EUCLID may facilitate visa procedures for travel to the United States under strict screening guidelines. Additional tuition fees apply and all requests for such sessions and programs must be approved at the level of the EUCLID Secretariat General. Additional travel and lodging expenses also apply.
- EUCLID Montpellier liaison office in France. This location is for both French-language and English-language sessions at specific times of year. EUCLID does not facilitate visa procedures for travel to France. Additional tuition fees apply and all requests for such sessions and programs must be approved at the level of the EUCLID Secretariat General.
