* Oregon processes were completed in December 2013, but the sponsoring government at that time opted not to request open enrollment in the US State of Oregon. EUCLID is not bound by this ad-hoc notification and reserves the right to change its enrollment regarding Oregon residents in the future, or to accept students on a case-by-case basis. * Texas processes were completed in October 2018. EUCLID degrees are now usable in Texas but EUCLID does not solicit applications from Texas as general rule. Certain exceptions may apply.
